VistonPro collects and processes the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Full name, email address, and real estate license number;
• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number;
• Course Information: Lesson completion, quiz scores, exam results, and certificates of completion;
• Client and Contact Information: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and notes you enter about your clients, leads, and contacts in the CRM;
• Transaction Information: Property addresses, deal details, parties, deadlines, milestones, documents, and notes you enter for your transactions;
• Documents and Communications: Contracts, offers, addenda, and other documents you upload, and — when you connect an email account — limited metadata and snippets from your messages;
• Usage Data: Login times, pages viewed, features used, and time spent on the platform; and
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information for platform functionality and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including CE delivery, CRM, and transaction tools;
• Verify course completion and generate certificates for CE requirements;
• Track your course progress and transaction milestones;
• Process payments and maintain billing records;
• Operate AI-assisted features such as document analysis, term extraction, email classification, and financial estimates;
• Send course updates, transaction reminders, and customer support communications;
• Maintain records as required by the your state real estate commission and other applicable law; and
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

We do not use your client or contact information to market to your clients, and we do not sell your data.

3. AI and Automated Processing

VistonPro uses automated processing, including AI, to provide features such as:

• Document analysis: Extracting terms, parties, dates, and conditions from contracts and offers you upload;
• Email intelligence: When you connect an email account, classifying messages, matching them to transactions, and proposing transaction updates or new leads; and
• Financial estimates: Calculating seller net proceeds, buyer closing costs, and deal scenarios from inputs you provide.

AI-generated outputs are suggestions only and are not confirmed facts. We process your data to produce these suggestions; we do not use your documents or client data to train shared AI models for the benefit of other users. You control whether AI features are enabled by choosing which documents to upload and which integrations to connect.

4. Third-Party Integrations (Including Gmail)

You may choose to connect third-party accounts, such as a Gmail account, to enable features like email intelligence. When you do:

• You authorize VistonPro to access only the data and scopes you explicitly approve (for example, read-only Gmail access);
• VistonPro accesses your messages only to classify, match, and propose updates — we store limited metadata (sender, recipients, subject, a short snippet, timestamp, and attachment references), not your full mailbox;
• We never send, delete, label, or modify your email unless a feature you enable expressly requires it;
• You may disconnect at any time, after which we stop accessing the account and remove unapplied intelligence data; and
• The third-party provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of that service.

VistonPro is not responsible for the data practices of third-party providers. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

5. Data Security and Storage

VistonPro implements industry-standard measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission using SSL/TLS protocols;
• Secure cloud storage with access controls and regular backups;
• Limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis; and
• Regular security reviews and updates.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

6. Third-Party Services

VistonPro uses trusted third-party services to deliver the platform, including:

• Payment Processors: To process transactions securely. We do not store your full card information;
• Hosting and Infrastructure: Secure platform infrastructure providers;
• Email and Communication Services: To send course and account communications; and
• Analytics: To understand how users interact with the platform.

These providers have their own privacy policies and data practices. We share only the information necessary for them to provide their services.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Regulatory Compliance: With the your state real estate commission or other authorities as required for CE reporting or by law;
• Legal Obligations: When required by law, court order, or legal process;
• Service Providers: With trusted vendors who help us operate the platform under strict confidentiality agreements; and
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections described in this policy.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements;

9. Data Retention

We retain your information as required by law and for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Course completion and certificates: Maintained for verification purposes as required by the your state real estate commission;
• Account information: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter;
• Transaction and CRM data: Retained while your account is active unless you delete it;
• Payment records: Retained for the period required for tax and accounting purposes; and
• Integration data: Removed when you disconnect, except for minimal provenance you explicitly applied.

10. Cookies and Tracking

Our platform uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.

11. Children's Privacy

VistonPro is designed for licensed real estate professionals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Data You Upload About Others

When you upload documents, enter client or contact information, or connect an email account that contains communications with others, you may provide us with personal information about third parties (such as your clients). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide that information and for complying with any applicable privacy obligations you owe to those individuals. We process such information only to provide the Services to you.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
